Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses different types of sounds and vibrations to restore harmony and balance to the body, mind, and spirit. Himalayan full moon singing bowls are one of the most popular instruments used in sound healing. These bowls are made from a special blend of metals and are designed to produce a deep, resonant sound when struck or played with a mallet.

During a sound healing session with Himalayan full moon singing bowls, the participant lies down and the bowls are placed around the body. As the bowls are played, their vibrations penetrate deep into the body, creating a sense of deep relaxation and calm. This can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote overall physical and emotional healing.

The sound waves of the bowls are thought to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities, allowing the body to release any blockages or tension and restore its natural state of balance and harmony.

Some additional benefits of sound healing with Himalayan full moon singing bowls include improved mental clarity, increased creativity, and a greater sense of connection to oneself and the world around us. Regular sound healing sessions can also help to strengthen the immune system, reduce inflammation, and promote overall health and wellbeing.

As a sound healer, I believe that sound healing with Himalayan full moon singing bowls is a powerful and effective way to support the body's natural healing abilities and promote holistic wellness.

Group Sound Baths

A sound bath is a meditative experience wherein you lie down & listen to resonant sounds--echoing sounds that feel like They fill up the room.

Our practice involves Full Moon Himalayan singing bowls handmade & handpicked in Nepal,

The purpose of the sound bath is to allow yourself to be immersed in the full-body meditation experience, with the vibrations washing over you, like waves (in the literal and metaphorical sense!)

Benefits of sound baths include:

  • Deepening relaxation

  • Lowering stress and anxiety

  • Improving mood and well-being

  • Improving sleep

  • Heightening focus and energy

  • A feeling of rejuvenation

Although these are common benefits, different people react to sound baths in different ways. For example, one person might feel especially relaxed, while another might feel a boost of energy.

Group Sound Baths are scheduled based on the occurrence of the full moon & new moon every month. You may also book a private group sound bath for you and your friends.

Scheduled Group Sound Bath: $25 per person

Private Group Sound Bath: $100 per session

(for up to 4 people)
